This Friday finish is a salute to fine autumn days and poetry prompts.

Well, for the Fall season, it is not difficult to find much to admire and savour. Just look outside your door or window!
Here are some photos from the recent plowing match held at Roseville, Ontario.
Harvest I

Harvest III

Harvest II

As for the poetry prompts, there are various sites that focus on providing inspiration to other poets and writers. Sometimes a little suggestion from another person can provoke a new thought or perspective for a post or a poem. Happy to say that such a prompt worked for me & inspired me to write a poem about a photo I had taken some time ago. Thanks to Laurie Kolp for her "bottleneck" prompt at Imaginary Garden with Real Toads .
Have a great weekend, All!

Great photos of the pumpkins and squash. I just finished a great collaboration of Poets and Artists at SPARK. The prompts there are the work of another poet or artist. Then you create a response to their work. Great fun!

Thanks, Linda!
The produce was arranged so attractively by local horticultural societies. This was a collaborative effort that added much to the overall setting of the plowing match. I salute their efforts to place these harvest items!
Thanks also for sharing about SPARK.:)
