Locally, our region is wondering about the future for a tri-city concentration of people amidst prime, rural farmland.
Questions focus on intensification or outright growth, edging further into rural boundaries. There aren't any easy answers, it seems. Each choice has its pros and cons.
This weekend saw the election of a new leader for the political party in power for our province. This person who will be the new Premier of Ontario is Kathleen Wynne. In these challenging economic times, hope she will bring some positive approaches to governing the province and winning back those who have been shaken by policies so un-Liberal. Best to the new leader!
